The role will include:
- Lead an already well established Texas Transportation team
- Manage the delivery of a variety of transportation projects
- Build and nurture long lasting relationships throughout the market
- Provide guidance and progression opportunities for existing and new employees
The ideal candidate will have:
- P.E. license or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
- Strong understanding of MicroStation
- Proven background working on DOT projects, ideally TxDOT
- Familiarity of DOT design criteria
- Background leading multiple teams and disciplines
