Mid-Level Transmission Engineer
Location – Ohio
Salaries range from $80k-$120k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes and ESOP plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform transmission line design. Utilise knowledge of systems ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV
Perform modelling using PLS-CADD, structural analysis, sag-tension calculations, clearance reports etc
Prepare BOM and provide supervision for installation
Site visits and travelling out of town for short periods, when required
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering
Require 3+ years’ experience in transmission line design
A PE license or E.I.T is preferred
Proficient with PLS-CADD
Experience in an EPC environment, preparing cost effective designs
Knowledge and understanding of engineering standards including NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI and ANSI that apply to transmission design
