Location – Raleigh, NC - Hybrid
Salaries range from $60k-$85k plus annual bonus, generous PTO and full health/medical coverage!
Our Client:
- Our client is a smaller consulting firm that were established around 8 years ago and have gone from strength to strength in the industry ever since!! They have around 30 employees right now and plan to hit the 50 mark by the end of 2025! They have a fantastic culture and not only work on HV Substation projects, they also have a healthy amount of work in the renewables field, mainly BESS focused. This business also have a very flexible schedule, no timesheets or clock in's needed, as long as you complete your work and are putting in 40 hours per week - you can work your schedule around what fits you!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in P&C Substation Drafting using AutoCAD.
- QA/QC junior drafters drawings.
- Provide training and mentorship to the team!
- Interact with designers and engineers throughout the whole project from conception to construction.
- Great progression opportunities into designing if that is where you would like to be in the future!!
The successful candidate must have/show:
- 3+ years in Substation Drafting.
- Must be able to go into the Raleigh office at least 3 days per week.
