Heavy Civil Foreman
Location – NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA & ME
Salaries range from $90k-$140k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and Bonus scheme.

- I'm excited to announce Venda Search are working with a number of leading heavy civil construction companies in NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA & ME. The companies specialize in large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, utilities, and site development. They're searching for experienced Foreman’s to work on their large-scale Transportation projects with local counties and the DOT
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laborers and equipment operators on the job site.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
- Track job progress and communicate with the Superintendent regarding any issues or delays.
- Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman in heavy civil construction.
- Proven ability to manage field crews and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of heavy civil construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
