Job Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients in the asphalt industry.

Accurately prepare and process work orders for production.

Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Assist in overseeing job sites to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.

Negotiate pricing and contracts to align with company objectives and client needs.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in asphalt sales, with a solid understanding of asphalt products, paving, and production processes.

Strong skills in preparing work orders and coordinating with production teams.

Job site supervision or project management experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore software.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as necessary.
