Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator – DOT/Sitework
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $150K (depending on experience)
I’m currently working with a growing Heavy Civil Contractor that’s making waves across the Carolinas with its innovative approach to infrastructure development. Headquartered in the Charlotte metro area, this company has been involved in a diverse range of civil projects, including large-scale roadway expansions, urban intersection overhauls, and complex site development packages for both public and private clients.
In the last five years alone, they’ve delivered over $200 million worth of infrastructure projects, including a $75M urban expressway realignment, $30M storm drainage and grading contract for a new industrial park, and several multi-phase roadway improvement projects valued between $10M–$25M across Mecklenburg and Union Counties. Their integrated approach to preconstruction, estimating, and project execution has allowed them to consistently deliver ahead of schedule and under budget.
As the team continues to expand, they’re seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts and manage field operations on upcoming roadway and sitework projects. This role will be based in Charlotte with local travel as needed.
