Director of Engineering
Location – Remote

Our Client:
- Our client is a small but growing consultant that were first established in 2010. They work on Substation design projects from conception through to completion and distribution through to transmission voltage levels. With half days every Friday and a quarterly bonus, this is a business that looks after its employees and because of this, has established a warm, family like atmosphere!
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
- Improve project budgeting processes on a continual basis, through education of project managers, leads and the executive team.
- Still involved technically with hands-on design reviews.
- Develops, implements, monitors and maintains quality standards and policies.
- Reviews customer feedback and uses this to inform quality processes and decisions.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- PE License is required.
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Electrical).
- 8 years of experience in executive level management.
