Substation CADD Manager
Location – Remote
Salaries range from $85k-$90k plus incredible 401k contribution, minimum 10% bonus, generous PTO and various healthcare plans!!
Our Client:
- Our client is a small consulting firm with around 50 members of staff. 98% of their project workload is on renewables projects! They design and build greenfield collector substations next to solar and BESS farms. They have a great reputation in this space and also have an amazing, family like culture. This comes alongside a minimum 10% bonus and a 10% contribution into your 401K from the employer!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5+ CAD drafters and technicians.
- Assigning project workload to the team and approving timesheets/PTO requests.
- Face-to-face and virtual client meetings.

Liaise with designers and professional engineers throughout the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Associates Degree in a CAD discipline is preferred but not essential.
- 10+ years experience in Substation drafting and at least 1 year in CAD Management.
