  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare technical reports, traffic impact assessments, and other documentation for internal stakeholders and government authorities.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and other staff, helping develop a cohesive and effective team.

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in traffic engineering, with a strong focus on traffic design, analysis, and project management.
  • PE License: Must be eligible to obtain a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license within six months of hire.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with traffic engineering software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM, HCS), AutoCAD, and other design and simulation tools.
