Substation P&C Engineer III or IV
Location – Virginia (Hybrid)
Salaries range from $105k-$135k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Generous PTO, Bonus

Our client is a electrical cooperative based in Virginia, with 5 office locations in the area. They have teams in distribution, substation & power systems. Key Responsibilities
Design Substation systems and relay settings for both Distribution and Transmission facilities.
Creates standards and equipment specifications for substation protection, automation, and communications equipment and oversee the operation of these systems.
Oversee maintenance and installation
Conduct engineering and operational studies
Provide consulting services to System Engineering & Planning Department
Create cost estimates and complete turnkey services for Cooperative long and short-range plans
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor’s Degree in either Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years’ experience in field of engineering and (9+ for level IV)
EIT essential and P.E. preferred
