Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning and design to execution and closeout.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets based on project requirements and client specifications.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.

Candidate Skills:

  • Experience in managing a variety of construction projects across different sectors, including but not limited to Commercial, Residential construction projects, Industrial, and Institutional construction projects
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices related to various construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
