  • Recently have had some large external investment which has allowed the company to continue on its growth trajectory. Now competing with the largest firms for the biggest infrastructure projects in Florida.

  • Depending on the role there is flexibility for remote/hybrid working. 

  • No ESOP but great packages available to counterbalance this.

We’re looking for somebody who has experience leading survey field crews for large engineering projects. Ideally you will have experience with FDOT and be aware of their processes and procedures, however if you’re working with another large public or government entity that would be okay. Particularly if you can bring your own business and contacts along with you. Public sector, Municipalities and FDOT are desirable client interactions. 

We will also consider Senior Surveyors who are looking to take a step up into leading an organisation. 
You need to be a good, strong communicator and be able to stand infront of DOT and bring high levels of credibility with you. 
This role will get you working on some large FDOT projects and also large acre land development projects. 
Salary range is between $150k-$200k. Bonus structures fluctuate but have been known to pay up to 20% recently. You can also expect to earn off the back of any new business you bring in.
