Location – St Louis, Missouri
Salary ranging from $180k-$230k DOE, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus

Key Responsibilities
This position will oversee the operational control of our Substation Design team servicing our utility clients.
The position requires tracking of deliverables, developing a management strategy, performance reporting and monitoring of contract milestones.
Primary duties will include the national oversight of the substation design team and power delivery reliability improvement process, preparation of client proposals, issuing formal communication notices, preparing billing documents, resolving contract compliance issues, remaining apprised of on-going policy changes, and making presentations to senior management.
Develop and maintain a 3-to-5-year strategic plan for the substation department.
Responsible for the profitability of the substation department.
The successful candidate must have/show:
Bachelor’s Degree in either Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
10+ years’ experience in field of substation engineering
Successful history working within Substation Engineering
P.E is required.
