Chief Financial Officer
Location – Orlando, FL
Salaries range from $120k-$150k plus generous PTO, 10-20% bonus and full medical coverage.
Our Client:
- Our client is a mid-sized construction firm with around 150-160 members of staff. They have outstanding relationships with each of their clients and are growing at a rapid rate. They harbour a collaborative and innovative environment that allows all employees to share creative ideas and play a part in the company’s expansion through the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the financial activities of the company.
- Experience in construction accounting, forecasting, budgeting, managing expenses and workman’s compensation costs.
- Develop AR/AP processes for the business.
- Advise the Board of Directors on financial and strategic planning and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Previous experience in small to mid-sized construction forecasting.
- Previous experience building out a financial department.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- Motivational and enthusiastic personality.
